We want you to feel confident and empowered in your ALT Swim pieces, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with hygiene liners and tags firmly in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring the garment is unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags and sanitary stickers.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or carrier drop-off point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email containing your store credit voucher or exchange confirmation.
